We start your fitting session with a rider interview in order to get the best understanding of your priorities and individual needs. We’ll cover your history in cycling and other sports, any injuries or concerns you have as well as what you're looking to achieve from the fitting before we set our aims for your session.
Next we’ll carry out a detailed screening and biomechanical analysis of your body to understand your strengths and limitations on the bike, we’ll evaluate your posture and range of motion on and off the bike along with screening for any asymmetry and instability that we can address with your bike set up.
Once we understand your physiology and priorities we’ll work together to assess how your bike is working for you and begin to make the changes needed to optimise your setup. We’ll cover the whole bike from your shoe, pedal and cleat set up, Saddle selection and position to your handlebar size, shape and position on the bike, ensuring that your position on the bike is set up to give you the best balance of comfort, stability, efficiency and power possible.
With great products available from Fizik, Quoc, Sidas, Bikefit, Suplest and more on hand we can provide tailored recommendations for the components that will best suit you and your riding style as well as advise on any future bike purchases.
After your session you’ll receive your fit data and set up dimensions via email as well as any specific recommendations if required. To be sure that any concerns are satisfactorily addressed we offer a follow up appointment free of charge for any unresolved issues and to assess how the changes have settled in over time following your appointment.
